Travel options booked with Www.Faresbin.com (referred as “Website” hereafter) would be subject to conditions and terms mentioned below:
- Tickets booked on website are mostly non-refundable, unless specified or mentioned otherwise during time of making the reservation (on booking page) or on the confirmation email (after completing booking process).
- Bookings made for travel originating from United States of America can be cancelled without any charges, if cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservation.
- Travellers must ensure that they fully understand the online check in policy and change or cancellation policy at the time of making reservations as some airlines allow check in even within 4 to 6 of flight departure and some require online check in to be done maximum 24 hours before the departure.
- Travel changes and cancellations are subject to penalties and fare differences (for changes only). Please refer to the flight cancellation and change policy at the time of making the reservation.
- All baggage fees, un-unaccompanied minor fees and fee for pets can be paid at the Airport.
- Seat selection is often chargeable depending on the ticket purchased. A confirmed reservation may guarantee a seat in the flight but might not guarantee an exact seat number.
- Card payments are subject to verification that may require matching billing phone number and addresses, as registered with the bank/provider. Payments might get declined due to non-match of such information.
- International card might attract additional transactions charges that might be confirmed by the customer’s bank or card provider. Cards issued within United States attract no extra charges. The booking amount is final for cards issued in USA.
- During verification of the payment information, customers might be asked to provide copies of the credit card along with a signed authorization forms and copy of the ID proof. This is done to ensure that the actual credit card holder is authorizing the transactions and to prevent any fraud against the actual credit card holder. You agree you will not copy, modify, distribute, publish, create derivative works, reproduce, transfer, re-sell, access or monitor any information/content/products of this website by using any software or techniques or any manual or automated means for any purpose without our consent in writing. You agree that you will not violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this Site, or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Site.
In case you are found violating any of the above policy or prohibitions, We reserve the right to terminate or cancel your account or booking with our website.
- All prices, terms and conditions, policies of the sale may be subject to change without notice. In case there is such change you will be notified before the completion of your payment/booking.
- Schedule changes, cancellations due to natural calamity or supplier’s (airlines) cancellation are subject to policies of the supplier (airlines). We cannot be held responsible for such effects taking place however we provide unbiased support to our customers for arranging alternate options for getting refunds (also, Please check refund policy on different page of this website).
- Ticket prices, seating, eligibility, change or cancellation policy is subject to supplier’s (airlines) terms and conditions. By using this site you confirm and agree to those policies.
- The reservations are not guaranteed in case of payment transaction is not completed credit card.
- Travellers are not eligible for refunds or compensation in case they miss their flight due to delay in arriving at the airports. No show may not be eligible for a refund however it is always a matter of airlines discretion to grant waivers. There may be penalties and fare difference involved in rebooking such tickets.
- The contract between you and the relevant Travel Supplier ( airline ) will relate only to those Service Elements confirmed by email with ticket numbers in case of air bookings.
- Travellers must ensure that they fully understand the passport or passport validity, visa requirements, transit requirements and eligibility before completing the reservation process. It is traveller’s (customer’s) responsibility in case you are denied boarding, delayed or deported due to non-fulfilment of requirements mentioned above. You may not be eligible for refunds either in such situations. We do not advise on passport validity, visa and transit requirements and eligibility therefore cannot be held responsible for not providing this information at the time of confirming your reservation.
- Government of some countries may levy entry/exit fees may apply, depending on your destination. By using our site you understand and agree to these charges even if they are not mentioned at the time of making the reservation. These solely traveller’s responsibility and will be additional to your Booking charges.
- All bookings are subject to a service fee component that is included in your reservations. The service is non-refundable in case of cancellations. You may confirm the service fee during the booking process by calling our call centre.
- Price guarantee after payment is processed: Once your payment has been processed, We guarantee to honour the final quoted price of the tickets regardless of any changes in price.
Flight overbooking: Certain situations may arise when the flight may be overbooked and chances occur in such situations that the seat will not available to all passengers. The airlines usually ask for volunteers to cancel in exchange of a compensation that they (airlines) deem fit at that moment. If there are not enough volunteers, then the airline may deny boarding to other persons in accordance with its boarding priority. Persons denied boarding involuntarily is entitled to compensation from the airline. This compensation is with few exceptions, including failure to comply with the carrier's CHECK- IN deadline (which is available upon request from the air carrier).
