Bookings made on this website www.faresbin.com are subject to below terms and conditions.

• A reservation may be deemed as successfully cancelled if the following conditions are met:
  • You have applied for a cancellation within stipulated time. Stipulated time is discussed in detail below in point 2.
  • The reservation permits a cancellation i.e. if Cancellation is allowed on your reservation
  • There is enough time or notice given for cancellation request to execute the cancellation process successfully. Sometimes cancellation can take up to 2 hours, in which case cancellation might not be possible if cancellation request is placed near to the end of stipulated time.
  • Cancellations requests are only accepted in writing or only deemed as accepted over the phone if you have received a written notification of the acceptance of cancellation requests.
  • Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
  • Cancellations are not accepted on the same day as the travel date.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of making the reservation –Tickets are completely refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservation. The service fee portion however might not be refundable up to maximum $30 USD in case of domestic and $50.00 in case of international travel. The waiver of service fee is at the discretion of www.faresbin.com
  • Cancellation after 24 hours of making the reservation –Tickets are subject to cancellation policy of your reservation that you agreed at the time of making the reservation. Your tickets might be non-refundable or you might be eligible for a future credit that has a time limitation for re-use. In some cases tickets might be eligible for a refund after deduction of a cancellation fees. The exact policy must be confirmed at the time of making the reservation. By booking with us you automatically confirm and agree to the cancellation policy of your reservation. These cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours prior to your departure.

  For travel, originating outside United states

  • Same day (calendar date) of making reservation: Cancellations are permitted without any charges in case the request is placed latest by 10:00 pm of same calendar date of making the reservation as the free cancellation leverage ends at 12:00 AM and 2 hours must be given to execute the cancellation request. The service fee portion however might not be refundable up to maximum $30 USD in case of domestic and $50.00 in case of international travel.   • After passing same calendar date of making reservation: Tickets are subject to cancellation policy of your reservation that you agreed at the time of making the reservation.
